Anybody tried this stuff? For those unfamiliar with it, it's basically a meal replacement "drink" that is meant to contain all the essential stuff for a nutritious diet without you needing to worry about preparing/cooking a whole meal.

I'm currently on a subscription with Aussielent so I get them delivered to my house every two weeks.

This has been good for me because I'm eating breakfast for the first time in my life (I was never one to get up early to prepare it) and I've got some meals ready in the fridge in case I feel lazy and don't want to prepare anything.

Have you had it before? What are your thoughts? Also, if you have any questions about it feel free to ask because I've had both the bottled and powdered stuff.

I'm abusing my metabolism as much as I can before it goes away. I'm on the bad side of my 20's, so I don't have much time left.
