Must be. I was also curious because about the legality of the site because itâ€s not uncommon in the anime community for people to swear allegiance to an illegal site and refuse to use any other site. Which does seem pretty pointless if itâ€s illegal.

Fwiw there are 4 time zones in Australia. Victoria / NSW is the correct timezone. In the world.

I thought there were 5. I was curious about the time zones 30 mins off, and states directly north and south of each other are an hour off.
