I believe I meet the requirements to post a thread in the promotion palace, just 25 posts right? But I can't seem to make a new thread for some reason, the new thread button doesn't appear at all. Might just be some permissions problem

I think I forgot to make a group promotion where you get automatically promoted after 25 posts. Should be able to post in it now.
