Unless I'm stupid and it's in the general settings, but if it's a plugin, the only thing we have is a thanks system.

I never really liked the like button on dashing to be honest. However yes this has the built in MyBB reputation stuff on the end of left side of the post action bar there is a button labelled + Rate
